When you visit https://sampleurl.com you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your date of birth, name, contact and financial details before you are able to proceed with using the online-payment system.
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you complete the online forms and you will receive a receipt by e-mail. The payment will then be processed by beno.az and credited to your purchase invoice.

Delivery
Delivery
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday at the address specified by the buyer. Delivery is provided by beno.az with maximum effort to ensure that the purchased goods are delivered to the buyer on time.
Orders placed on Monday to Friday until 16:00 (UTC +4) will be processed on the next (working) day. Our logistics partners will deliver the order to the address of your choice. To calculate the estimated cost of processing and delivery, select the destination country.
Returning the Products
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have a right to return it to us within 14 days after receiving your order. Follow these steps:
• Fill in the details about the products to be returned on the return form you received with your order
• Pack the product and the return form firmly in the original packaging
• Write the return address on the parcel. Use the address found on the return form
• Send the parcel within 14 days after receiving your order
We will reimburse the value of your order after we have received your returned products.

Bazar ertəsindən cümə günü saat 16:00-a qədər (UTC +4) yerləşdirilən sifarişlər növbəti (iş) günü ərzində çatdırılma üçün hazırlanacaq. Bizim logistika tərəfdaşlarımız sifarişinizi seçdiyiniz ünvana çatdıracaqlar. Çatdırılma xərclərini hesablamaq üçün təyinat ölkəsini seçin.
Geri Qaytarma
Aldığınız məhsuldan tam razı deyilsinizsə, məhsulu çatdırılan günündən 14 gün ərzində geri qaytarmaq hüququnuz var. Bunun üçün aşağıda göstərilən qaydalara riayət edin:
• Sifarişinizlə aldığınız qaytarma formasında qaytarılacaq məhsullar haqqında ətraflı məlumat verin
• Məhsulu və qaytarma formasını möhkəm bir şəkildə paketləyin
